Travel Health Certificates

If you are preparing to travel with your pet on an airline or take them across a boarder, you will not only need a health certificate, but also to be fully aware of the requirements for your destination.

At Hollywood Hill Animal Hospital, we are able to provide you with an airline and customs-approved pet health certificate. In addition, our veterinarians are well-versed in helping you meet customs requirements for import and export both domestically and internationally (Canada and Mexico only). Some destinations require in depth testing prior to travel to avoid lengthy quarantine, so be sure to schedule your appointment well in advance of your travel date.
